Kacci Lab Inc. ("Kacci Lab", "we", "us", or "our") operates the TimelessChat mobile and web applications and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use TimelessChat.

When you create an account, we collect:

Profile photo (optional)
Google Sign-In credentials (if you choose to sign in with Google)

Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
App usage data (features used, time spent, interactions)
Analytics data through Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics
Crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics

1.3 Chat Information

Important:

Historical Figure Selections: We track which historical figures you choose to chat with
Chat Content: Conversations with AI historical figures are NOT saved or stored. All chat sessions are ephemeral and deleted immediately upon leaving the chat screen
Favorites: Historical figures you mark as favorites

1.4 Technical Information

IP address
Browser type and version
Time zone settings
Operating system and platform

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the Services
Create and manage your account
Facilitate conversations with AI historical figures
Personalize your experience (favorites, preferences)
Send service-related notifications

3.1 Storage

Account data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore)
Chat conversations are NOT stored - all messages are ephemeral
User preferences and favorites are stored securely
Data is stored on servers located in the United States (us-central)

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Encryption at rest
Firebase Authentication security
Regular security audits
Access controls and monitoring

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, analytics)
OpenAI (AI chat functionality)
Google Mobile Ads (advertising)
