1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Toiii Worlds, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms where required. Reward redemption may require a higher age or guardian involvement.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current information and use only accounts you are authorized to use.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade daily limits, referrals, reward rules or enforcement.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law.

Google, Apple and email/password sign-in may be available. Their separate terms apply to their authentication services.

3. The service and your licence

Toiii Worlds turns verified walking into optional game progress. Features may include Energy collection, map discoveries, 3×3 Little Worlds, duplicates and gifting, Friends, World Circles, events, mini-games, streaks, badges, Vault items, Stars, Reward Credits and eligible redemptions.

Kacci Lab grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No ownership in the software, artwork, economy or service is transferred to you.

4. Steps, health sources and personal safety

With permission, Toiii Worlds reads step totals from Apple Health or Health Connect. Device sensors, wearables and health platforms may be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or inaccurate. We may use reasonable validation and daily limits; displayed or imported steps do not automatically create an entitlement to Energy or rewards.

Toiii Worlds is not a medical device, fitness prescription or medical advice. Consult an appropriate professional before changing activity if you have health concerns. Stop walking and seek assistance if you feel unsafe or unwell.

You must remain aware of traffic, weather, terrain, private property and local rules. Do not interact with Toiii Worlds while driving or cycling in a way that is unsafe or unlawful.

5. Maps and discoveries

Map data and tile positions are provided for game purposes and may be incomplete or incorrect. A visible discovery is not an instruction or permission to enter a road, building, water, restricted area or private property. Collection uses a safety radius so you should remain on a lawful pedestrian route.

Nearby finds, daily limits, availability, spawn locations, world assignment and randomized pieces may change. Network, GPS, provider or device conditions may prevent or delay a collection. A reward is not valid until our server confirms and records it.

6. Virtual items and balances

“Virtual Items” include Energy, Stars, Reward Credits, Keys, chests, tiles, duplicates, badges, Glow, streak items and similar in-app units.

• Energy powers gameplay and discoveries and is not redeemable.
• Stars support collection and gameplay and may be exchanged for Reward Credits at the rate shown in the app.
• Reward Credits are the only balance that may be eligible for redemption, subject to these Terms.
• Tiles, Keys, chests, badges and Glow are game items and do not independently represent money.

Virtual Items are licensed, not owned; are not legal tender, a deposit, stored-value account, security or cryptocurrency; do not earn interest; and have no cash value except where we expressly provide an eligible Reward Credit redemption. Transfers are prohibited except through an in-app gifting feature.

We may correct erroneous balances, reverse duplicate or fraudulent grants, and adjust earning rates, costs, limits, conversion rates or rewards to maintain a sustainable and fair economy. We will provide notice where required by law.

7. Rewards and redemption

Reward options, thresholds, denominations, methods and countries are those displayed in the app at the time of request. Examples in marketing or screenshots are illustrative and do not promise a particular gift card, cash-equivalent method or country availability.

• Redemption requires sufficient Reward Credits and an account in good standing.
• We may require email, country/region, telephone/SMS verification, delivery details, identity confirmation or additional review where proportionate and permitted.
• Requests may be delayed, rejected, cancelled or reversed for suspected fraud, multiple-account/device abuse, manipulated steps/location, referral abuse, sanctions, legal restrictions, incorrect information or provider unavailability.
• Third-party reward providers may impose their own terms, expiry dates and restrictions.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees and accurate delivery information.
• Virtual items and unused balances are not refundable and may be forfeited when an account is deleted or lawfully terminated.

Reward availability is discretionary and varies by region. Walking or playing does not guarantee a cash, gift-card or merchandise reward.

8. Mini-games, prizes and advertising

Games may offer a free daily play, optional rewarded-ad plays, Energy/Star entry costs, skill-based tiers or randomized prizes. Prize selection and wallet changes are confirmed by the server. Visual wheels, pointers, scratch art and animations represent the confirmed result; they do not create a separate entitlement.

Toiii Worlds is entertainment and not gambling. No purchase is required for the base free experience. Virtual prizes are subject to daily limits, published odds or weighted prize configurations where applicable, and anti-abuse rules. Ads are supplied by third parties and do not constitute Kacci Lab’s endorsement of the advertised product.

9. Friends, gifts, referrals, World Circles and events

• Only send requests, gifts or invitations to people you are permitted to contact.
• A duplicate tile gift is completed only after the server validates ownership and eligibility.
• Referral rewards may be pending or vested only after stated milestones. If a referred account is deleted, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise ineligible, related rewards may be withheld or reversed.
• World Circle and event rewards require qualifying membership and contribution before completion. Joining after a completed objective does not entitle a user to an earlier team reward.
• Round length, Glow targets, membership size, events and rewards may rotate or change.

Use respectful usernames and interactions. We may block, moderate or remove content or access that violates these Terms or harms the community.

10. Acceptable use and fair play

You must not:

• Fake, edit, replay or automate steps, health records, location, claims, games, referrals or redemption requests.
• Use GPS spoofing, rooted/jailbroken manipulation, emulators, bots, scripts, modified clients or coordinated accounts to gain an unfair benefit.
• Create or control multiple accounts to farm rewards, bypass limits or self-refer.
• Exploit bugs or knowingly retain an erroneous grant; report material errors to us.
• Harass, impersonate, threaten or share unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Probe security, scrape data, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, interfere with service operation or access another user’s account.
• Use the service in violation of law, sanctions or third-party rights.

11. User content, feedback and intellectual property

You retain rights in profile images and support content you provide. You grant Kacci Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Toiii Worlds and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

Kacci Lab and its licensors own Toiii Worlds, Toiii characters, Little World artwork, software, designs, text, audio, branding and related rights. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

12. Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Firebase, Apple, Google, Apple Health, Health Connect, OpenStreetMap-related services, AdMob and future reward/SMS fulfilment providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Kacci Lab is not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, ads, reward inventory or conduct beyond our reasonable control.

13. Availability, balancing and changes

We may add, modify, pause or discontinue features, worlds, events, ads, Virtual Items, limits, conversion rates and reward options for balancing, security, partner, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every feature, or support for every device. Beta or seasonal content may be temporary.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your account through the in-app deletion flow or the public account deletion page. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, reward abuse, legal requirements or discontinuation.

On deletion or termination, your licence ends and Virtual Items, collections, pending rewards and unredeemed balances may be forfeited, except as required by law. Terms that by nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, fraud records and dispute provisions—remain effective.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee step accuracy, safe or accessible discovery placement, a particular tile or prize, uninterrupted service, preservation of a streak, or availability/delivery of a reward.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kacci Lab and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill arising from Toiii Worlds. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid Kacci Lab for Toiii Worlds in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kacci Lab harmless from third-party claims, loss and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Kacci Lab submit to the courts in Toronto, Ontario, except that an eligible individual claim may be brought in a competent small-claims court. Mandatory consumer rights and venues in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.

If any term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about Toiii Worlds. You may not assign them; Kacci Lab may assign them in a merger, reorganization or sale.

18. Apple App Store and Google Play terms

Apple

These Terms are between you and Kacci Lab, not Apple. Kacci Lab is responsible for Toiii Worlds and support. Your use must comply with App Store rules. Apple has no maintenance obligation. To the extent applicable, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the relevant provisions.

Google Play

These Terms are between you and Kacci Lab, not Google. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Google Play terms and any applicable purchase/refund rules also apply to your use of the Android app.

You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or listed as a prohibited or restricted party under applicable export and sanctions laws.
