You can use HoiiiBlock without signing up. Your core app experience runs locally on your device. If you want to keep your streaks and progress backed up across devices, you can choose to sign in and enable cloud sync.

We all know the pattern: “just one more video,” then suddenly it is midnight or later. Hoiii Night Shield adds gentle, customizable bedtime reminders so your phone does not quietly steal tomorrow’s energy.
By default, Night Shield is off. When you turn it on, Hoiii can nudge you at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM based on your device’s local time. You can change the reminder times anytime in Settings.

When you try to open the app, HoiiiBlock appears first with a short guided exercise or breathing reset.
Move, breathe, unlock
Finish the exercise, build your streak, and unlock the app for your chosen time window.
Use Hoiii Night Shield
Turn on bedtime reminders for 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM, customize the times, and optionally enable Strict After Midnight when you want a firmer bedtime boundary.
🔋 Will it drain my battery?
No — HoiiiBlock doesn't run in the background at all. It uses your device's native screen-time controls to do the blocking. In fact, the battery impact is too small to even show up in your battery stats.
